William J. Nugent
Mr. Nugent is a graduate of Binghamton University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and Fordham University School of Law. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1999. Mr. Nugent concentrates in estate planning, estate administration and probate. He has a wide range of experience in the preparation of wills and trusts; administration and probate proceedings; and estate litigation. Mr. Nugent is a member of the New York State Bar Association Trusts & Estates Section, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association.
